Chainwise Crypto Tax Academy is founded by Sharon Yip, CPA and Phil Gaudiano, CPA, co-founders of Polygon Advisory Group (now doing business as Chainwise CPA), a boutique accounting firm specializes in serving crypto individual and business clients.
Driven by our experience in leading a successful crypto tax firm, we discovered a pressing need for specialized knowledge in this field. Our mission is to transfer our expertise to other tax professionals and crypto enthusiasts, enabling them to confidently navigate the complexities of crypto taxation. Through these courses, we aim to empower participants to stay ahead in this dynamic landscape, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and success.

Phil Gaudiano, CPA
Phil is a CPA with over 11 years of tax experience, specializes in serving small businesses. He became a crypto investor in 2019. Phil is also a certified cryptocurrency expert and a certified DeFi expert. He's very knowledgeable about crypto taxation and he has published crypto tax related articles on news media such as CoinDesk.
